In our experience, water leaks can be challenging to pinpoint and are not always simple to find and repair in a one-touch fix. We have found it can be a sequence of eliminations until we can establish the source of the leak.
We methodically work through a process of the localised problem areas of the roof until we can correctly establish the root cause. When attending any roof leak or repair works, we photograph the roof condition before we start and after we have completed remedial work – for record purposes. On completion, we provide a report and offer our advice on whether the works carried out are a permanent repair or a temporary-fix requiring more action for a long-term solution.
